Lidia and Octavion were childhood friends, but were parted when Lidia moved away from Oregon. When Octavion reached out to Lidia 16 or 17 years later, they instantly connected and developed a deep love for each other. Octavion moved to Texas to be with her, and they got engaged while visiting family in Oregon: Octavion is a pilot, and he flew her to the beach (!!!) and proposed there. Um. Super romantic. They decided that they wanted engagement photos in Oregon since it was a special place for them, and so Lidia reached out to me and I was so excited to work with them.

We started at Latourell Falls, which is a gorgeous waterfalls in the Portland area, and it only took like half a mile to get to. We got a little soaked from the drizzle but it was WELL worth it! We then made our way to a small airport near Vancouver, Washington and did some photos there, since he is a pilot. These two are A-Mazing, and the camera loved them!
