This was my first ever courthouse wedding, and it was very special. On this not-too-terribly-chilly early December day, I met up with Akaanchya and Peter in front of the courthouse in Dallas, Oregon before the ceremony so we could get some bride and groom shots, and man these two are in LOVE. They laughed together so easily, like looking through the photos I was hard pressed to find one where they were NOT beaming, and it was so clear that they just adore each other. They told me the proposal story and said he proposed on a gorgeous mountaintop hike–I mean these are my kind of people here!! One of my FAV parts of this job is getting to know people and being a part of their super special day. Their support system with their friends and family surrounding them was also really special to see!
